Is Jupid an accounting firm or software?

Both. The assistant is software built on Claude by Anthropic; filings are prepared under the supervision of licensed enrolled agents and CPAs who work with us.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

Nothing official goes out without human review and your approval. If an error on a return we filed leads to a penalty, we cover it — that's our accuracy guarantee.

Can I switch from my current bookkeeper mid-year?

Yes. Upload your existing books or give Jupid access to your previous software. It'll import history, flag inconsistencies and pick up where they left off.

I'm not a US resident. Can I still form an LLC?

Yes. Jupid handles formation, EIN applications without an SSN, a US registered agent and the extra filings foreign-owned LLCs need, like Form 5472.
